Vietnam and The Philippines are rich in heritage and full of life. Getting inspiration from the streets of Hanoi and streets of Manila, we are bringing something extraordinary on a plate.
We are bringing something new to Wellington, showcasing the best of both worlds.
“Santa Lourdes” is showcasing the “Yin and Yang / Âm dương / Itim at Puti by putting elements and balancing both Filipino and Vietnamese cuisine.
Food is not just something we just take to live, we nurture food, we gather and celebrate, it defines our culture and history.
We are “Santa Lourdes” and we cant wait to share our story.
